I have personally received them when I've ordered something that ends up being out of stock. I've also heard you can email customer service and just ask for one...YMMV

I usually only receive them when i haven't shopped for a while (strangely, seem like the wrong way to go about it). Or when everyone get them as in they send out a survey or invite a friend for % gigs.
