10 speed Rival pulley replacement?

Any one know if the pulleys on 10 speed Rival can be replaced? Do I need to replaced the whole pulley assembly? I can't seem to source the parts anywhere.

Found mine on Ebay. Assuming you are speaking about just the jockey wheels?

Don't know if Torx or Allen head when you replace. But make sure you find out before you mess up bolt.
