I need help finding a thread, please

This thread was active about two to three months ago. It was all about an article from a race magazine/site about a circulatory problem that some high end racers developed that resulted in weakness and atrophy in one leg, and, in one case, death after an operation for this issue. There was also a PDF attached of the published medical study about this problem.
I need it to show a doctor.
