for sale: one well-worn Serotta Ti-Max. complete as shown except for the saddle, which I'm keeping.
I bought this (f/f/hs) from Smiley four or five years ago and transferred the parts from an old KHS that I had. Some stuff has been replaced upgraded since then, and some of it is original to that KHS, which I believe dated from 2004. Wheelset, crankset, fd, rd, and front brake are from the KHS.

The chain, 9-speed rear cassette (11-34), bottom bracket, rear brake, and shifters are four or five years old and probably have six or seven hundred miles on them, most of which are from me commuting to work.

The Salsa stem and Ritchey carbon bars were added a year or two ago.

Saddle height in the photos is 71.5cm.

Truvativ crank is 44-32-22
Salsa stem: 9cm
Ritchey carbon bars 690mm width
fd: ? (no label I can find other than "Mega drive time")
rd: Shimano Deore, 9-speed
wheelset has WTB Speed 2 hubs

fork is Waltworks, suspension corrected

front brake: Tektro v-brake
read brake: Tektro canti

levers: Paul Love

shifters: Shimano Deore

top tube: 57.5cm or 22.5" actual

head tube: 10.5cm or 4 3/16"

seat tube (c-t-t): 50cm or 19 3/4"

chainstays: 425.cm or 16 3/4"

I'm 5'9" and the frame is a little big (long) for me.

I'd prefer a 'local' sale here in LA if possible, but I will ship.

Very cool. You see a lot of road Serotta's but not many mtn bikes. Now i got an itch to build a ti mtn bike. I wish this was smaller cause it screams ride me... GLWS!

Sweet ride! Too big for me but I'd be interested in the fork if you ever decide to split it up.

Great deal on an awesome bike! If I was in the market this would already be gone.
