Does Floyd ride his stem "flipped Fred?" (i.e. angled up instead of down?)

In fact, it looks like a few of the Phonak guys have their stems 'upside down' on their BMC's.

How do they get away with this?

Doesn't the UCI have any rules in place concerning aesthetics?

It's the new right side up and Yours is upside down.

Non-compact frame riders have a real fashion dilemma!

Run too little post, and you're not cool, ride a bike that's too small,
and you have to raise the bars.

Floyd's bike looked better last year, but I don't think his position is all that
different, it just looks like his headtube is a little shorter now, thus the flipped
stem, no spacers.

ATMO it's an oxymoron to use the word aesthetics when speaking of something as astonishingly ugly as that.

That stem isn't flipped, I don't think it's even 90 degrees (to the head tube)
