I thought some of you might like to hear this.

I purchased a Jandd tubular bag and it arrived in the mail today. Alongside the package was another package addressed to me from Jandd. I figured maybe they forgot to include a strap or something for the one bag I ordered, and had to have it sent separately. But, when I opened it, there was an invoice for someone else and three products I never ordered. I immediately emailed Jandd to tell them what happened, and to offer to ship the stuff to the correct address if they just paid me back shipping. Within the hour they replied with a thankful email and said they were going to credit me for the shipping and give me a $20 gift certificate for the hassle.

i know it's a little thing, but it is refreshing when companies handle things like this, like this. because so many don't.

Nice to hear. The measure of a company is not how well they do things, it's how well they respond when things go wrong. :hello:
