that took some serious thinkin' and craftsmanship to execute.

Belt drive AND chain drive. Who knew?

That paint job is sweet, too.

Jeebus, that thing is amazing. Such great lines.

From that angle, looks like the Captain is all legs and a bit of torso while the stoker is the opposite...but I digress :D

This is custom at its best....the small little details.

The tubes remind me of our comotion tandem.

I was going to say that the captain is pretty tall and the stoker . . . isn't.

Gorgeous rig. Simply gorgeous.

Neil what's the wire going out to rear rack, power for a light? If so where's the power supply?

Nice. Great use of belt. Looks like the couple who ordered it are much like my wife and I, altitudenally.

Yep, it's a light, and there is a Dynamo hub at the front.

Did you make the stoker stem or is that off the shelf from somewhere?

We made the stem, the idea is that the tandem can grow with the stoker as she's short right now but as she grows up I would expect that to change.

Ah...that all make sense now. As I look at the picture earlier, I keep thinking to myself, that looks awfully like our Comotion Periscope Torpedo, which is designed specifically to accommodate the wide range of physical development of the stoker from a young child all the way to even a young adult... :p
