I'm toying with the idea of converting my existing 10 speed Campy Chorus drivetrain to 11 speed. I know I need a minimum of shifters, cassette and rear derailleur. Can I make do with my existing front derailleur and crankset?

Yes, is the answer to your question. You described the minimum required new stuff. (Oops, see below.)

I have done this a couple of times. It is a blessing that the Campy hubs go both ways.

Yes you can. No problem. Don't forget an 11 speed chain.

You can also use your 10s RD with a very slight mod.

Notch the cable clamp and clamp bolt (dremel, fine file, or hacksaw blade) 2mm to the outboard and move the cable into this new slot...done.

If you go with the new Rev+ 11 speed stuff, I'd recommend an FD too. They changed around where the FD trims and it is a bit different from the earlier 11 speed stuff. I like it better actually.

But if you're going with pre 2015, 11 speed bits, you've nailed what you'll need. Oh, and a chain, obviously.

Oops...Flash has a good point, I was referring to <2015 11s bits...FWIW.

Yessir, without problem or issue...as has been mentioned..2015/6 stuff is recommended then a new front der also for best 'action'...
