I was looking at several Heart Zones Training Software Programs and wondering if anyone had any feedback on them. I am currently using a Polar 720I HRM but I only use it to record my rides. I am to ADHD to set down and put the effort into developing a real heart zone program on my own. Anyone have experience using Heart Zone based software programs and how did it work for you?
Thanks,
John

I have used:
Polar software
Garmin Training Center
Training Peaks
motionbased.com
My favorite for pure analysis of HRM data has been training peaks (http://www.trainingpeaks.com) because it is web-based, supports native uploads from Garmin and Polar devices and provides a TON of detail.
My favorite for cool graphs and calendar function is the software from polar.
Garmin Training Center is my least favorite but I can augment its deficincies by uploading the data to motionbased.com but I should note that I like motionbased more for mapping and elevation profiles over HRM data.
I did attempt to use cyclistats a while back but really didn't like the GUI and it seemed to be inconsistent in the analysis when compared to the same output in the Polar software.
