Please not a "XXXXX rules, Carbon Drools" direction....

It's carbon. It's not freakish looking, yet it is not the norm. It is, too me, like a Porche, or the auto of your choice. Yes, it is still a car, but no one is making them like that.... Slippery goodness.

if you really want a high-powered race tool, do you care about looks? I'm not strong enough to push that thing to the edge. but if I had cat1 legs and lungs, i wouldn't give a crap about what it looked like if i came out of a fast crit saying "this thing is awesome."

This board always goes here.

It's ok to think a bike looks good if it is steel, but not if it is super High-zoot carbon Pro Race Sled, cause I can not push it? I can not push the steel bikes either!

No, Looks are not important if it is my race sled. But it is not. It is a Pro Race sled, and it looks hot.

There is nothing wrong with enjoying the aesthetic. Plenty of people ride around on beat up bikes and the are happy with that. My OCD drives my compulsion for things to be, in my mind, functionally and visually right or I curl up in the corner of my garage with the thermostat turned up to "Red-Sun of Krypton" on the portable heater till I am left in a sweating, shaking mess babbling about Cheez-it's and Space Ghost.

I can not help who I am, or that I like pretty Pro Carbon Bikes.

me, knows these things (super modern euro race machines) aren't my cup o' tea. But this is still one hot looking bike.

The saddle and bars are a particularly refreshing accent imo, and green stuff just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

Amen brotha- no shame...I'm 27, in pretty damn good shape and most likely can't push 99% of the bikes on the market today to their ultimate limits...

It's all about what makes you happy, and gives you the will to ride.

As for the Noah, the Regal does it for me- although the 'pinstriping' looks a little suspect...

the bikes ridley sprayed for the tour don't have the normal paint job. the just did a small batch .. and i suspect they added the pinstripe tape when they did the build to make the bike look like the stock paint job. the odd bit is that it looks better without the pinstripe on the seat mast in real life.
