Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted at (null):0 (tried to allocate 12 bytes) in /home2/www/serotta/forum/includes/init.php on line 17
(it's just a few lines, so I have no idea what this memory issue is...)

It's a PHP memory limit that has been hit. The server admins need to increase the amount in php.ini. It's been going on for weeks. I'm not sure they have a server admin who knows this stuff. And if they're reading this, I can tell them how to fix it! Just ask me!
