so i was watching GCN's bus tours and of course pro riders will always have a bunch of spare stuff such as jerseys, caps, helmets, bikes etc.

-is there a website that sells any of these spare items by any chance?

Nothing available now, but likely will have a bunch of bikes after the season ends:

I would recommend using caution buying pro's old gear. specifically their training bikes should be avoided. those get ridden hard and put away wet, literally. no mechanic to care for them and they're free so those dudes just ride 'em with zero f*cks given. they're usually last year's race bikes too, so have already seen some miles. current year's race bikes have probably been treated better, given they're always in the care of mechanics. just replace an bearings you get with it.

pro's closet has had a lot of the old euro cx Ridley's for a while now. some are pretty messed up. just chewed up carbon all over, repaired chainstays and top tubes, etc. always reminds me why I don't race a carbon cx bike.

Remember one thing about clothing - most pros are really small people. You're not going to find a lot of "normal" sized kit.

Canyon sells a lot of used Katusha and Movistar bikes on their site.

Another site that has things periodically....usually towards the end of the season: http://kinetixproducts.com/

They also tend to pop up on the European eBay sites on occasion. I have Mario Cippolini's Liquigas bike and purchased it from German eBay.

They need to commence with a Clydesdale World Tour immediately, for this purpose.

Stood with a bunch of tour-riders at a few stages 2 years ago. Size-wise, hey bare VERY little resemblance to the "normal" rider.
Makes me understand why the euro-brand clothing is sized the way it is ;)

The disposable nature of pro bikes goes back aways. I have a 1978 team Moser bike built by Marnati that has a lot of superficial surface rust. Turns out they didn't bother priming them, either to save money, weight, or both.

When I was racing the piss out of my bike each week as a Cat 3 I thought to myself, "Man, I would NEVER buy a pro's bike much less an amateur who is racing weekly".

Seriously the regularly used race bike sees more serious use in a season than most enthusiasts bikes see in a lifetime.

That said... I raced the crap out of my 2000 Klein and I still sometimes ride it like I stole it. EVERY single part has been changed except for the frame but that is still doing the job.
