Just got my custom three colored (BMW Motorsport stripes) Handlebra hand delivered to me up in Saratoga. I ordered it online then was surprised the next day to get an email that it had shipped. I replied to the email to double check that the order was correct as I expected custom stitching to take a week or two.
Ray called me that day and cleared up that it would be a few days and then would be finished. I asked in that case to change the shipping address so I could put it on the bike while I am up here in Saratoga. He then offered to hand deliver it as soon as it was finished.
Now that's great customer service!!!

I've been a user of HandleBra since near the beginning. I'm still using some of the original on a current bike that's been on 4 earlier bikes. Still good and I'm still a pleased user of Ray's world class bar wrap.
