View Full Version : Pacenti CL25; an issues using it with road tyres at road pressures?

As per the above really....
I need some new disc wheels. The SL25 is the obvious choice, but I prefer the look of a lower profile rim (the CL25) and it's also a bit lighter.

Any problems building it up with 28 or 32 spokes and using it instead of the SL25?

I'll be using it with 25c tyres and tubes if it makes a difference.

I don't think so but from the 'horses mouth' as it were.

my nicest wheel set is a SL25 laced to DT Swiss 240s.

The rims are amazing. They are light, robust and easy to work with. I have them in the 32 holes version and can only ask "what are you waiting for?"

Also, Kirk is on the forum and is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Just do it.
