Interesting race, much of it is on paves and unpaved roads.

Very clear video, and a nice reminder of the Spring Classics, no doubt.

6K to go.

Leave to the Belgians to make a great road race course.:hello: American and typical Euro flat long distance road racing is so ****ing boring.

I'd agree. And nice, tough technical finish, tight turns and cobbles... Terpstra looked both smart and strong.

Thanks for that, the kind of mixed terrain I enjoy riding though not quite at their pace. My twice weekly ride starts at Lake Merced on mixed use trail then I take Sunset Blvd. which has a hard pack dirt trail all the way to GG Park which transcends to lose dirt/gravel or tarmac depending on the route. Then across the avenues to the Presidio where I take 15th avenue onto Battery Caulfied Rd. or Park Trail (both over a nice punchy climb) onto Washington Blvd where you have a choice of trails or pavement heading towards and down to the GG Bridge and beyond if you so choose. The short version is about 30 mile round trip for a fun mixed terrain ride. I usually stop and enjoy a snack halfway or drop by the Goody cafe in the Library Book Store at Fort Mason.
