Rim ERD = 610

Front Hub

PCD = 30
C-F = 33.65
OLD = 100

Rear Hub

DS
PCD = 49.6
C-F = 17.1

NDS
PCD = 38
C-F = 37.3

OLD = 130

My math says:
(spokes only available in even # lengths)

Front spoke length = 302
Rear (DS) = 296
Rear (NDS) = 300

any takers?

PCD=flange diameter I'm guessing?
32/3cross also?

front-300.3-300
rear DS-295.7-296
rear NDS-299.4-300

2.4mm spoke hole in flange.

Did the front 3 times..always 300mm

both 3x

28 front
32 rear

302.7 for the front..302 should be fine..use 14mm nipps.

296.6 is 28 and 2 cross, for info-

Just as an FYI: Yojimbo’s Garage sells spokes cut to any length (incl. fractions) at very competitive prices via eBay (seller "yojimbos_garage").
Reasonable and fast shipping and very nice guy/big supporter of the local biking scene here in Chicago.

Nothing in it for me, just sharing my very good experience with him.

I just found him. $.65 or so per spoke. Gonna go that route.

Thanks! Gonna build my first set of wheels in the next month or so, perfect timing.

Yeah, I've never met Marcus (need to drop by his shop sometime), but he's been a tireless advocate for the South Chicago Velodrome (http://chicagovelodrome.com/) (on the old US Steel site). Unfortunately, he finally had to let it go, I think because he couldn't secure insurance (or at least the funds to pay for the necessary insurance).

There's a nice piece (http://chicagotonight.wttw.com/2015/06/17/chicago-s-velodrome) from about a year ago on Chicago Tonight detailing Marcus's efforts. I believe he passed the obstacles detailed in that clip only to be derailed this year by the insurance problems.
