Just finished adding a few changes/details to these 2 bikes a 1980something Mercian and a 1999 Serotta Atlanta. We are going for a ride tomorrow, gonna be my first longer ride outside since breaking my hand 6 weeks ago :hello:

My wife wanted a taller stem and different bars on the Mercian. Nitto Technomic deluxe and M151 bars.

I wanted to lighten my load some on the Serotta so went with the Fizik seatpost and saddle. I also changed to the (longer and lower) Cinelli stem and Nitto M151 bars. After spending a month on the trainer, i needed to stretch out a touch. I have some Ti cages i can switch out for the steel. its a bit lighter, and very nicely dialed in on fit, another benefit of the trainer.

Awesome.

I built my wife a "new" ride recently. She made the aesthetic choices and I made the mechanical ones. The end result contrasted my bike in an interesting way.
