Demo bike: What's a fair price?

Despite my best efforts my friend wants a full carbon wonder bike. We tried out a Giant demo bike at a local shop, with the cool mural, that sells for about $3200. It's been loaned out a few times and the shop manager used it on occasion.

What would a fair price be for this bike? Its mostly Ultegra

Without? Its used. 50-60%

no idea on the Giant, but I love that Ram! That's one of my bucket-list bikes, but only in the orange/cream.... ;)

Depending on mileage we sell our demo bikes off upto 20% off SRP, as a rep I made up a price depending on condition and how well I like the shop buying.
