someone explain that to me. vino's boss is suspended/etc., his was the first team found out, and yet he's staying in (and the favourite to win now), but basso and ullrich are out. if all things were equal (ha!), then only valverde the favourite is left, right..?

the ASO said that, despite the CAS decision, they reserved the right not to let Astana-Wurth race (the "not in my sandbox" clause)

so, at now, so it seems, Vino goes home with the rest of his team. the situation may, of course, change before the first rider goes off tomorrow.
