I can understand oral and subQ drugs escaping detection, but how can you get away with transfusing blood when it leaves a huge needle puncture mark over a major vein? Can't the officials just <i>look</i> at the cyclists? I guess they just say that's where their blood was drawn for testing or something. But maybe someone in the know can answer this for me definitively.
