I've had a Breville Smart Grinder for a few years. Performance of late has been...sub par. The grind is uneven, comes out too slowly, and I smell a faint hint of burning oil when it runs. Not good. And yes, I've taken it apart and cleaned the burrs, etc.

Has anyone had a grinder serviced? Where would one even find such a person?

Get in contact with breville their cs is known to be quite good.
