Posting just for laughs. hopefully not TMI.
Not sure if it is even qualified as an injury. I was riding yesterday on a charity bike ride and pedaling happily. Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my groin area, like a bee sting. I almost fell off the bike and thought, how did a bug go into the bibs?
Got to the next rest stop and check it out in the bathroom. I saw blood in there and also a patch of skin loss (about 1/8 inch square.) Well it appeared that some hair in there got caught by the creases of the bibs and....
I know about leg shaving, but Brazilian wax too?

After reading this and getting a chuckle out of it, I have three reactions:
(1) Hope you heal quick;
(2) OUCH; and
(3) Jeezus, how tight are your bibs? :p

Ye Gods. What kind of carpet do you have down there? You know what, I don't want to know.

This is why I don't wear bibs. Hell I don't wear cycling shorts now that I think about it. :beer:

You do NOT need to wear a jockstrap under your bibs.

It is healing alright, but with healing comes the itching.
OUCH indeed.

You DON't want that.
Kind of a new twist to the an old saying:
I told my doctor that "I was just riding along when..."

We need to know: what brand of bibs did this to you?
And can you get a warranty/personal injury claim out of the manufacturer?
Mental anguish, maybe?
