Megan Hottman, cycling lawyer?

Do you guys have thoughts on her? She seems huge on advocacy which is great but she doesn't seem to go into great detail about lawyering.

Never heard of her. There are many, many lawyers out there looking to sue someone or entity. If you need one then I would go with a local one.

Several local lawyers I know have never heard of her but that's not really a negative since she wasn't in Boulder for very long before branching out on her own. Call her and ask for some background info and references. If you're comfortable with the information she provides schedule a meeting and take it from there. A few of us provided the names of other local attorneys in response to your initial thread that can be contacted if needed.

Another suggestion is Jeff Gard..Gard Law Firm..very tough, fair, Boulder local lawyer and cyclist..not afraid to go to court.
