I am not associated with Keith in any way. We have talked on the phone once but that was long time ago when I was coming up with some crazy ideas on how to repaint a frame. To Keith's credit, he was unfazed by my "crazy ideas" at that time and seems very happy to give it a go. I ended up shelving the project. Anyway, I just spent like 30 minutes over at Keith's Flickr site getting some inspiration for a potential project and licking off the wet paint still dripping from some of the amazing paintwork he has done for different customers, some of which we would recognize the names.

Keith painted both of my Ira Ryans.

Ira recommended him for the first one, and I was so impressed that I sent him the second one for a respray. Nice, professional guy.

Keith does excellent work and is an all-round good dude. Builds a pretty mean bike himself too.

coupla things that struck me:

if you're going to put your name on a bike, shouldn't you make it legible?

All those paint jobs were drool worthy

Well, not every builder looks at their frames like business cards.
I would say that legibility doesn't matter as much as having a logo that is recognizable, in a graphical sense.

If you are referring to Keith Anderson's logo, I could spot it from 10m away, because once you know what it looks like, it becomes very recognizable indeed.
