SS Mtn Biking in Vail, CO?

Heading up to Vail for the Memorial Day weekend. Anyone have a recommendation for a single speed friendly mountain bike trail?

I've done the one along the mountain - pretty aspen forests, and the loop on the S side of I70, which is a grind of a climb, followed by a pretty descent.

Eagle has quite a few trails worthy of checking out, as well.

It's pretty nice today and the locals said it should be semi dry. We'll see. He recommended Piney Lake.
