The more I see, the more I am inclined to think he didn't build many standard road frames. Caution: recumbent content.

Teesdale made nice trikes. I got to try one of his singles once and I was very good. He essentially copied the Greenspeed design, I gather.

I think he built a lot of frames to fit unique requirements and/or special needs.

If anyone runs across a 57ish tt road/cross bike with a segmented fork, contact me...

I had a Teesdale custom. It now resides next door and won its its first race with its new owner a couple weeks ago. With Campag 8 speed and billion gram wheels( the kid is strong as hell). The frame, a level top tube tube 55 with paint, bottle bolts, under bb tray and seat collar was only 1530 grams. It is made of Columbus Foco and has a lot of miles on it.

That thing looks like a lot of work went into it!

I had a Foco road frame from Tom, fit was perfect, my alltime favorite bike, period.

There was a nice in memoriam on Red Kite Prayer when Tom passed away while riding RAGBRAI in 2014:

He built a lot, and for a lot of different folks--including the first bike for Ira Ryan of Breadwinner.

I've got one of the DEAN Culebras (not sure if this was subcontracted directly to Tom or if it was just designed by him) that I need to finish putting together to try out...
