Rare Campagnolo triple?

It looks like a 2nd generation Chorus (or 1st generation Croce d'Aune, which were virtually identical) with a triplizer middle chainring.

The middle chainring looks like an aftermarket modification to me. The small chainring looks like Campagnolo to me, those noses are familiar.

Campagnolo did triples around that time, but they looked differently (and more elegant)

My 1996/97 Rhygin Metax CX came with a Campagnolo Veloce gruppo and a triple crank.

My fiancé has a veloce triple group on her rapid tour that looks similar. I used to have a racing t triple on my old pinarello. Those are the only triple groups that I have had that were campy.

Not Euclid, self extractor and Euclid had the 74mm chainring bolted to crank, not to the middle ring. Mr Mark is correct, triple-izer.

I had a pair of Record OR pedals at one time. I would say that they have a finer finish and perhaps the cage is a little bit smaller, though I never actually compared the size of the two.
