compact geometry riders--how many cm of seatpost are showing?

my compact geo ottrott has 19 cm of seatpost showing...
that's why i'm looking for a 350 mm carbon seatpost.
how many cm do other riders have exposed?

15.5 centimeters. Technically a 250 fits and is under the max insertion line, but I don't like the creaks it makes. I have a 350 in there now, although I could probably get by with a 280.

I use a 350 just because I'm too lazy and unskilled to cut my seatposts

I use a 250 Thomson setback post on my compact frame and it just fits. If I had to raise the seat any higher, I'd be past the max line.

I have a Thompson Elite 350, and a whole bunch (technical term) showing. I am going to guess 18cm on mine.
