I have been searching for confirmation that the Look ZED-2 crank is compatible with either the Powertap P1 or the Vector 2. I called Garmin and was told that the Vectors will not work with any crank wider than 18mm. The Zed-2 is 20mm by my caliper. The Powertap web site says the P1 will work with any crank 18mm or thinner. Are there any forumites that can confirm they have used either with the Zed-2 crank?? Thank you in advance for any help!!

I've used the Vector 2 for ~6 months with no problem - Look 695SR

the Vectors or the Powertap P1. Both seem to have their relative advantages and disadvantages.

Have a Garmin 1000 and was looking for 100% seamless integration.

liked the notion of the Garmin / Garmin integration. Also liked the fact that while the P1 cleats are almost certainly workable with the Keo's that will be on the bike without the Vectors, I don't want to monkey around with less than ideal cleats. Finally the weight and stack height of the P1's were a bit of a turn off. Oh yeah, they were $200 cheaper! Thank you for your insights!!
