I read the Schwalbe S-one reviews last summer and still have not been able to source a pair of these vaporware tires. The Schwalbe Pro On 28 mm plump out to 31mm but they cut like tissue paper and are going into the trash soon.

I have a set of the Compass Bon Jon EL en route now to replace the POS Schwalbes. I'm going to see if I can make it cross country on a set.

the extra light casing sounds like it wouldnt make it that far. I would think that without a tube, the regular casing should be supple and light enough, but what do I know.

I'd like to hear more about your experience with them once you start riding them.

I have worn out four sets of the 32 mm Compass EL tires and the casings were fine even on light gravel. They were comfortable, reasonably durable, and pretty fast.

I'll let you know my experience with the 35mm Compass. If I get them tomorrow, I'll do a 300k on them this weekend.

haven't ridden these but they're tubeless, only $40, and come in black or gumwall. they look pretty nice for the money

too bad it's a specialized product (https://www.specialized.com/us/en/components/roubaix-pro-2br/106139)

Do you have a source on a good price on the 32's? Have been looking for some, and not wanting to pay 52 ea. as the best I can find.

I have this tire and am using it on last generation Ultegras tubeless. It is big and fat even on a narrower rim and sealed easily. I could caliper if interested.

If you could live with the 28's, Jenson USA has them for $35...

I think those are cheaper because they're the standard clincher model. From their site it looks like only the 32mm and wider sizes are tubeless

Specialized has select tires, including the Armadillo Elite in 32 BOGO free now.
If looking for a good tarmac race tire, the Turbo Pro is also included.
