Hello All.

For my indoor trainer bike, I need a new seat post/clamp arrangement to angle my seat upwards and downwards (with 1 bolt at front and 1 bolt at back of clamp) - like shown from 30 secs in this youtube link and in the second link:

What seat post/clamp arrangement in carbon do you recommend?

The first one that comes to mind is the Thomson.

I will soon be listing 5 seatposts that will accomplish that:

2-bolt carbon, 27.2mm:
Syntace P5, NOS.
Selcof CNC-92, MINT.
Fizik Cyrano R1, NIB.

1-bolt carbon, 27.2mm:
Look Ergopost4, NIB.

2-bolt alloy, 27.2mm:
FRM ST-M9, NIB.

PM for photos/details if interested.

This is an application where the type of post you choose will have a dramatic effect on the power transfer to the trainer; in the range of 0.025 -0.030 watts....:D I jest. No grease on any post in a carbon frame. Carbon prep past yes, grease no.
