I had an SLX DeBernardi but I've not heard of a Bernardi

Yeah, I'm familiar with DeBernardi as well. Wonder if they're affiliated?

You want to buy it?

Edit:
Nevrmind, just noticed the username :)

Does someone else want it? Package pricing available with some 50mm fulcrum wheels ;)

I reached out to the shop that distributed DeBernari frames and they didn't believe so. I attempted to contact Bernardi through their website and got no response (maybe a language barrier) or it got blocked.

When I look at that blog that is linked, that Dancelli used to be mine. Brought it from a shop in East Germany (formerly), cannot remember who I sold it to in my fit of mad house cleaning, but it sure looks good.

Was a nice riding bike.

The funny thing is that it is "it" and not "one." It could be the only one for all I know. I have seen the exact same paint and decals on a frame with a standard diameter tubset.

Well could be the only one, it is interesting because many manufacturer used the tubing but you dont see many around.

If unique then you have an excuse to use it :p Ride the bike man, you will get in love with it.

Interesting.
The pics of the Dancelli on that web site are from when I owned it- that's my build. Sold it several years ago.
Have a De Bernardi in MAX that I'm building right now.

DeBernardi =/= Bernardi

I have been told the first one was sort of a house brand for a US distributor. The second one appears to be a small company that didn't/doesn't export to the US.

Bernardi is located in Venice.

De Bernardi is located in Curno, outside of Bergamo, not far from Milan. Their frames (as well as those from some other small Italian frame builders) are distributed in the USA by ZAR.
