Guy was an Assassin and one of the only professional athletes I can remember that brought "it" every game....He took no off nights, and asked more of himself than he ever asked of his teammates.

But I'm happy last night worked out for him & his fans the way it did.

Meanwhile, last night I watched the second half of the Heat/Celtics game -- talk about a "comeback"! -- and then the first half of the GSW/Memphis game -- which was fascinating up until the point where I was forced to conclude that Steph Curry & Klay Thompson simply ignore the laws of physics and gravity and ballistics. Is it considered "cheating" if you operate in a completely different universe than the other players? :)

It isn't, which makes me the think these Warriors could and would beat those Bulls. They are a whirling dervish of efficiency that simply didn't exist in the mid-90s.

When the Dubs throw out their small ball Death Lineup with Draymond at the 5, Iggy at the 4, what would that Bulls team counter with? That team had Bill Freakin Wennington at center.

Those Bulls never had to guard a backcourt whose range was described as the infinity symbol.

That 95-96 Bulls team was unreal, but I don't think there's a gap between the two teams. Stylistic differences to be sure, but talent? No.
