Any leads on deals for this stem? I'm in the process of building a couple of projects, and retail on these babys is a grip.

Unless you must have the extra 4mm of rise, I'd also look at the new Ritchey 4-axis. It's light, stiff and more attractive than any other OS stem I've seen. I got one on E-bay for $70.
