I don't know if this has been discussed here before but I just found this website.

It is a video documentary of many of the major cols in the Alps and Pyrenees. Each col has a 5-10 minute video describing the ride. Some truly stunning scenery.

Yes, some really good photos. The best I've seen of those mountain climbs.

Last SeptemberI rode several of the climbs Coty highlights(Dolemites). The rides were hard for me and I basically stared at my stem and the road the whole time. When I returned home, I found his videos and was able to actually see where I had been. It was weirdly emotional for me.

Mike Coty is clearly a superlative rider and climber, but judging from the commentary he provides, he must also be a sensitive, thoughtful, and decent guy.

The videos are really great.

All of these videos are on youtube..

I sometimes watch them on my Apple TV to put me to sleep. They get me so motivated to climb and plan a trip to ride these mountains..
