Bicycle bell that works on 35mm Bars

I have a set of 35mm bars and recently tried to put a Crane E-no on it, no luck, doesn't fit on the stem either. Does any one know of a bell that will work on 35mm bars for sure?

Spur Cycle (http://www.spurcycle.com/pages/better-bicycle-bell-raw)advertises their bell fitting a Ø35mm headset spacer so I imagine it will fit bars of the same diameter. Great bell too.

I just dropped the money on a Spurcycle bell. Beautiful engineering. It comes with two 'clamps', one small and one large. I do believe the large would fit 35mm bars. I used the small clamp piece and it just fit over thick tape on the drops. I wanted it there so I could reach it from the drops or the hoods.
