The last race I watched on Bein listed comcast. It wasn't listed for Gent Wevelgem. I watched (and am thankful) for the Youtube feed.

Yes. To get the livestream, you need to login with a cable provider. I use one from a friend who doesn't watch sports. There are multiple BEIN channels on the live page, you just pick the one with the race.
