The bolt diameter is larger with those so they won't fit into the calipers. You can use Shimano style holders though.

Koolstop also makes a replacement pad for your original holders - http://www.koolstop.com/english/campichorus.html

I would update to shimano style holders. My Monoplanars were the last revision with wider slots and campy cartridge pads. I thought they worked pretty darn well.

Edit:
Yes, those dura ace replacements should be ideal.

Ha not to be a PITA, I tried the Koolstop Dura earlier today had them all winter finally tried them and the dont fit the monoplaner slot - the bolt head sleeve is too wide as you described earlier....
Cheers, keep the suggestions coming many thanks!

I've put those style holders on two older Campy brakesets and I ran into that problem with one set. I think the manufacturing tolerances are enough that they don't fit perfectly every time. I used a piece of 400 grit sandpaper on the sleeve and that did the trick...it didn't take much to make a difference.

I have a set of original Campagnolo Chorus Monoplaner shoes & pads I could send you. The pads are the original 20 year old pads, so you'd probably have to replace them. The shoes are bit grubby but they are perfectly usable. PM me if interested.

Yes, those are from 1994 Athena Monoplaners. 1993 Chorus ones will fit but look like this. Blocks are available. Choke listed KoolStop ones.
