I had an item reach US customs (in Chicago) on the 13th of this month. USPS tracking said it was processed through the facility at 5:46 am that day. It has a delivery date of the 17th, which I know is typically a soft target. I have yet to receive the package, no updates 11 days after the "delivery date" which still shows at the 17th of this month and when I called the post office I have been given no help other than, just keep waiting. They will not look up or begin an inquiry as it is worth less than a $100 (their statement).
The package is a international service small packages with less than a $100 value.
I have never had to wait this long to have something move onto Indianapolis. Is this a normal amount of time or would you consider this a lost package?
