there is so much play in the steering - no wonder it can't be ridden. I bet if that was tightened up to mimic actual headset play on a regular bike it could be ridden more readily. :bike:

i found a story on the internet about some sort of a contest held, i believe, at an University. The task was: build a bike no one can ride.

There were ample approaches, reverse steering being one of the more harmless ones. There were bikes with odd-shaped wheels, bikes with hugely offset wheels, and all other sort of ideas and combinations.

Bootm line was: After several recaps of that event, no one hat won. There always was *somebody* who could ride it a few meters.
