How is a Nove put together?

A strange question perhaps... but how are the carbon tubes secured to the titanium lugs? Glue?

At the open house last year on Saturday I was able to watch while
the carbon tubes of an Ottrott were glued.
They gather the parts, apply a cleaner solution, mix a special 2 part epoxy,
apply to the tubes and squeeze it together. They then line the frame up
in a special jig to keep it straight while curing.

Mr. Serotta had all of his workers in house at their usual stations, welding,
painting, milling and assembling on a Saturday! for our benefit.
Each guy in the factory would look up from his work and answer our (stupid)
questions.

It was very instructive, I was really impressed . This photo is from the Serotta gallery.
