I'm in desperate need to hunt down at least the left hood for a set of shimano RX100 STI levers.

I've scoured the interwebs to no real success and was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.

My last resort might be to try and use some spray liquid rubber tk fill the gash, but I'd like to get it swapped out if I can.

Thanks in advance for any tips!

Stop scouring the interwebs and go talk to your local bike store.

According to QBP's website there are 10 sets in their Nevada warehouse.

Oooo... These are the STI and not the brake lever version? The brake lever version were the only ones I could hunt down locally.

Also open to a suitable replacement.

For a repair, this might help: Sugru (http://www.amazon.com/Sugru-Self-Setting-Rubber-Black/dp/B00KX6LTYM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1458497675&sr=8-2&keywords=Sugru)

That was my mistake. they are BL hoods.

I wonder if 6500 hoods will fit.

6500 hoods will not fit, and are rarer than hen's teeth these days.

If you are truly desperate you could make them yourself.

How come no one here does something that cool!

For searching posterity and an update:

I ended up going the Sugru route. This actually worked out amazing. Took all of 2 minutes to apply and smooth out, dried overnight, and the next day you couldn't identify where I had made the repair.

It has held up since through sweat and weather, and was so much cheaper than trying to find something OEM.

As a related aside, I've now also used Sugru for a few other bike fixes/tweaks and it's now stocked in the bike tool chest.

Cool, thanks for updating the post! It's always frustrating when you have a problem, search the internet for someone with a similar problem, find a forum post with discussion, but there is no solution...
