Then the neighborhood dogs will finish it up licking the rest of your car clean. Cheap wash job! Eddie, you're a lazy bastid.

Peanut oil works better, but doesn't last nearly as long as a specialty car care product, but if you're cheap...

That's assuming the squirrels, rats and mice don't chew it all up first.

Has anyone else here read the recent and great story in SI on Dirk Nowitzki?

When Dirk first arrived in Dallas, he was 19, and knew nothing about US life. Gary Trent, his teammate, best friend, and mentor, took him under his wing.

Dirk found the idea of peanut butter and jelly together appalling, and "he had the temerity to tell Trent that peanut butter and jelly should never be in the same sandwich. “This is America,” responded Trent, who preferred his with three pieces of bread, the better to maximize both the PB and the J. “We put those two together here.” "

I have no idea if Gary then made rookie Dirk detail his car with pb, though.

weatherstripping on my near perfect little 2004 Rav4. That's when the peanut butter thing came up.

Be honest here, didn't you originally think of this while watching "adult" movies?

In car detailing (Im also an Autopian)- I use peanut butter to remove the wax residue, that dries white on black plastic trims.
