Short/fun routes in Mission Viejo, CA?

Going to Mission Viejo tomorrow for an interview in the morning and was wondering if there were any simple/safe rides I could embark on in the early afternoon? Thanks!

Go ride around Cooks Corner, Santiago Canyon and Live Oak Canyon roads. Live oak Canyon road is gorgeous, there is an interesting Buddhist monastery off that road nice short punchy climb with a nice view of OC at the top.
