bolt on saddle bag loops for modern saddles?

Do you guys know if there is a bolt on bag loop accessory that works with modern saddles? I remember buying one within the last 2 years and the diameter of the clamp was too big for the ti rails on my Romin.

Anyone?

I think I ended up wrapping my rails with HVAC aluminum tape to get it to stay on and it was very janky.

Carradice make an adapter as well but it's a big clunky steel thing that's maddeningly difficult to install. Wish the VO ones had been available when I bought mine.
