colnago clx 3.0 opinions ?

hi guys

anyone have any direct experience and/or opinions regarding this bike ??
im thinking of picking up an ultegra 6800 equipped one and would appreciate any feedback.
ive read a bunch of reviews on the internets, but i put alot more stock into the paceliners' POV

That Colnago CLX 3.0 is an older model, probably a 2014 or earlier. It was a nice bike and you will probably read good reviews but your decision to buy should be price dependent.
The new, 2016 CLX is $3800 as a complete Ultegra bicycle with Fulcrum wheels. Based on the V1R frame it's a great racing bike.
What's the price of the CLX 3.0?

....good point redrider...its $2650 canadian....that 2016 model definitely looks nicer imho

I have been riding the original Clx (2007?) for a few years now. A very good basic frame. Maybe not light by current standards. Maybe not high zoot carbon fiber, frame doesn't resonate...sounds a little dead. But you pedal it and it goes forward. Geometry yields good steering and stable handling at speed.

I like riding a bike and not worrying that I spent a jillion dollars for it.
