Lower back problems are plaguing my cycling enjoyment. I'm mostly a recreational roadie. Rides under an hour almost never an issue. Any rides over 90 minutes are the real issues. I'm not a believer in band-aids, so I'm beginning a core strength training program with a woman who understands the unique needs of the core in a cyclist. That said, I want to enjoy a few long rides NOW, and I need some relief!

I do wear an elastic back support when I have to stand more than a few hours (I'm in sales and attend MANY trade shows that require me to stand up to 10 hours straight). It provides amazing relief, but it's very bulky. I'm seeking a recommendation for an elastic, lower-back support to wear while riding. It should be breathable and not too bulky. Any experienced back-pain sufferers care to share their solutions?
If physiology matters, I'm 6'4" - 190 pounds - 34 inch waist.

Thanks so much!
