My favorite part is the kick stand attached to both seat and chain stay to hold up that 35lbs beast.

They also sell this thing that looks appealing to a guy who just put a derailleur into his spokes. If I thought it would work and fit and .... wasn't ugly .... and heavy .... and generally wrong ....

i once saw somebody riding around on a clunky hybrid that had one of those derailleur-protectors (which, you know, for cheap bikes are fine or whatever) - but, confusingly, the rider had apparently confused it for a water bottle cage and had jammed a water bottle into it.
