Paul brake - cantilever/brake pad question

Wondering if I can replace the stock pads on my Pauls (Neo Retro and Touring combo) with Enve pads. I have the Kool Stop Thinline on now.

I would like to use standard Shimano cartridge style pads (Enve brand or Swisstop), but don't know what part exactly to replace the 1-piece Thinline pads with.

I run Shimano style holders (BBB) on a set of Racer Ms....they came with the same pads as the cantis so it should be no problem.

Bin the pads.

I suppose I should have been more specific; I'm using road holders and pads. They bolt on fine with no play. This isn't the best pic but it should give you an idea....
