Eriksen Sweetpost Slipping Fixed

I just wanted share the great experience I had with Eriksen. My sweetpost saddle clamp started to slip. I tried replacing the hardware which didn't help. I gave up on the post and pulled it off my bike. A few months later I decided to email them and see if there was anything else I could try. They had me return the post, they completely refurbished and refinished the post. It now looks like new and works perfect. It didn't cost me anything and only took a couple weeks.

IMHO, I think the 'weak' link is the one bolt design. This along with softish aluminum 'caps'.
